Updating personal data and vehicle photos; uploading documents

1) Purpose

Briefly: how partner employees can update personal data in the Partner Portal (ЛКП), keep vehicle photos up to date, and upload documents. Focus on self-service steps and data quality requirements.

2) What can be updated

  • User’s personal data: first/last name, job title, work contacts
    (primary email — only with signing an additional agreement; the additional email can be changed independently; phone).

  • Vehicle data and photos: model/class and license plate can be updated independently; photos — via Support.

  • Documents: updated via Support (for driver/vehicle/company).

3) Personal data — how to update

  1. Open Settings in the Partner Portal.

  2. Save changes.
    Note: if you don’t have access to the old email/phone, follow the article “Password reset and sign-in issues.”

4) Vehicle photos — how and when to update

When: new vehicle, rebranding/body change, noticeable exterior changes, mismatch with the declared class.

Minimum practical quality requirements:

  • The current vehicle, matching the declared class and capacity.

  • No stickers/ads or foreign inscriptions on the body.

  • Daylight or even lighting, without strong glare/noise.

  • Clean car, sharp image, license plate readable (if visible), no watermarks.

How to upload/update:

  • Via Support.

5) Data checks and correctness

  • First/last name in the profile matches documents (where applicable).

  • Vehicle model/class in the system matches the actual vehicle.

  • The photo displays correctly in the vehicle card and in the list.
