You can change your booking up to 24 hours before it is due to start.
Go to the 'All orders' page, select the booking you wish to change and click on it. You'll see a page with information about the booking.
Here you can change it, download a voucher or receipt, or cancel it.
If you want to make changes to the route, car class, add or remove an additional service, or there are less than 24 hours left before the order, then write to us at [email protected] and [email protected].
